Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we may cancel your refund if we have reason to believe it is fraudulent. If you want a refund for any real reason that is not fraudulent, we will most likely grant it to you.


Damages or other similar issues
You must inspect your order as soon as it arrives to check for any damage and contact us immediately if it is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.


Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only in the case that you received the wrong order or the product was damaged. In this case, you must contact us at info@ideasupplements.com to resolve the issue. Then the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, our team will help you get the correct order at no extra cost.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
You must contact our support at info@ideasupplements.com if you wish to make a refund for any reason, and our team will help you through this process. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 3 business days (usually sooner). Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
