Our Prebiotic and Probiotic complex consists of four probiotic strains: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis, Lactobacillus Plantarum, and Lactobacillus Paracasei. 

Together, they provide a high level of beneficial bacteria to the gut to support a healthy metabolic response for both men and women.
